We recognize that visitors and caregivers play an essential role in the healing process. To maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for all, we kindly request that everyone follow the guidelines below.

Guidelines at Dhanashree Hospital

Visiting our clinic each year allows our physicians to discuss potential illnesses and health concerns before they become serious, like high blood pressure, diabetes or high cholesterol. while offering ways to improve your nutrition and lifestyle.

Visiting Hours

  • General Ward: Morning: 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM | Evening: 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
  • ICU: 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM | Only one visitor per patient, based on approval from the medical team
  • Emergency Department: Open 24x7 | Visitor access based on medical discretion

OPD Timings

    Monday to Saturday - 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM

    Sunday - Limited services available | Advance appointment required

    Please note: Doctor availability is subject to change. We recommend confirming the schedule before visiting or booking an appointment to avoid any inconvenience.

Guidelines for Visitors

  • Limit visitors to one or two per patient.
  • Do not bring outside food, flowers, or gifts without prior permission.
  • Maintain silence in patient care areas.
  • Children below 12 years are discouraged from visiting.
  • Smoking, alcohol, and chewing tobacco are strictly prohibited.
  • Use of mobile phones in ICUs and diagnostic areas is restricted.

Guidelines For Patients

  • Admission is subject to the doctor's recommendation and room availability.
  • Discharge is processed after clearance from the treating doctor.
  • Final billing and discharge summaries will be handled at the billing desk.
  • We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and UPI.
  • Most major insurance providers are accepted
  • For claims or insurance-related queries, visit our TPA desk during OPD hours.
